What to Report
Use this page to report any of the following:
- Fraudulent activity on your NBK Brokerage account
- Impersonation of NBK Brokerage staff or brand on social media, email, or messaging apps
- Phishing websites or emails mimicking NBK Brokerage
- Unauthorised access to your account
- Scam investment offers using the NBK Brokerage name
- Suspicious behaviour by another NBK Brokerage user
- Violations of NBK Brokerage’s Terms and Conditions
What Happens After You Report
Once you submit a report:
- You will receive an automated confirmation with a reference number within minutes.
- Our Security Team will review your report within 24 hours.
- Where immediate action is required (e.g., account compromise), our team will act within 2 hours of receipt.
- You will be kept updated on the status of your report by email.
- Where appropriate, we will escalate to Kuwait authorities, Interpol, or relevant financial regulators.

Protecting Yourself While You Report
- If your account may be compromised: change your password immediately and enable MFA
- Do not transfer any funds until our team has reviewed your case
- Preserve all evidence: screenshots, emails, messages, and transaction IDs
- Do not engage further with the suspected fraudster
Report Fake NBK Brokerage Accounts
If you encounter a social media account, website, phone number, or WhatsApp account impersonating NBK Brokerage or our staff:
- Do not interact with or send money to the impersonator
- Screenshot or record all interactions as evidence
- Report directly to the platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Forward all evidence to security@emiratefi.com
Official NBK Brokerage channels: Only interact with accounts on verified NBK Brokerage platforms displaying our official branding and verified ticks. Our staff will never contact you asking for passwords, OTPs, or fund transfers.
